Energy & resource conservation makes Emerald Trail an eco-friendly property with solar power being the primary source of electricity. The gardens get lit at night with solar streetlights, a constant supply of hot water from the solar heaters, the fencing is all made of local bamboo… and a lot more that endorses the fact that Emerald Trail is a truly sustainable habitat.
Water being a precious commodity in the hills, all out efforts are made to ensure water conservation.
The staff too is entirely from the villages nearby, thus ensuring that they too have a stake in the facility and can provide further insights to guests.
